at the age of 70 after being transported

to a local New Mexico hospital by
emergency responders at a mall
overnight on Sunday, September

15, according to a Gallup Police

requiring medical attention”

near Heritage Square in Gallup,
New Mexico, around 6:15 p.m. on Sunday. “
The man was then taken to a

local hospital where he was
pronounced dead. He was
later identified as Toriano

“Tito” Jackson of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
The cause of death was not
mentioned in the police

report. The preliminary investigation
into Jackson’s death is
ongoing. Witnesses are still being

interviewed and investigators
are reviewing physical and
electronic evidence.

The late musician was a
founding member of The Jackson
5, which included Michael, Jackie, Jermaine

Jackson and Marlon
(and later Randy Jackson). The band
was inducted into the Rock and

Roll Hall of Fame in 1997 and received
a star on the Hollywood
Walk of Fame. Tito embarked

on a solo career and
released two studio albums:
Tito Time in 2016 and
Under Your Spell in 2021.

His three sons, Taj, TJ
and Taryll, paid tribute
to their father on September

Tito also led the
trio group 3T.

know him as Tito Jackson of The
Jackson 5, some as ‘Coach Dito’
and some as ‘Poppa D’. However, he

will be greatly missed. We will always
have time to practice what our
Father has always preached, which
is to ‘love one another’ .We love you Bobs.
