patriotic speech for Democrats in which she
branded Donald Trump an enemy of classic American principles.
“I know where I stand in the ongoing battle
between democracy and tyranny, and I
know where America belongs,” he said.
Harris has the promise that many Democrats saw
in him when he launched his first presidential
campaign five years ago and when Joe Biden chose
him as his running mate in 2020.
He said this in the tone of a prosecutor. harris
directly attacked his Republican challenger.

She blamed him for the horrors some women faced

the presumptive nominee. But since the slogan
is a condemnation of Trump’s policies and a promise
of progressive change, it is being interpreted too
narrowly as a guarantee of an immediate mandate.
