Republic Day Speech in English – 2024
Introduction: Republic Day Speech
Honorable Principal Sir, respected brothers and sisters, and my dear friends. As we all know that today is the 75th Republic Day of India. My name is [Harsh Kumar] and on this day I have got the opportunity to deliver my Republic Day speech in front of you all.
India celebrates its Republic Day, which falls on 26 January, every year with great grandeur and pride. It is dedicated to respecting the Constitution of independent India made by the committee headed by Dr. B.R Ambedkar.
India will celebrate its 75th Republic Day in 2024. All Indians celebrate Republic Day with pride because it is the national day of India.
On November 26, 1949, the Constituent Assembly adopted the Indian Constitution, marking the beginning of India’s independence. The 75th Republic Day parade is scheduled to be held on January 26, 2024 and French President Emmanuel Macron will be the special guest.
Republic Day is not only a day to celebrate with parades and flag hoisting but also to celebrate the unique qualities of our nation. Each of you is a special flower in this garden of India, which is like a beautiful garden full of many flowers.
This is the diversity of our languages, clothing, food and holidays. And like a game where we play according to the rules, our country follows the Constitution to ensure that everyone is treated fairly and benignly. Let us also honor our brave soldiers who protect our country and keep us safe.
Remember those brave freedom fighters who sacrificed everything for this day. His unwavering courage paved the way for independence and kept us standing strong as a nation. We are deeply grateful to him.
