उत्तर प्रदेश कृषि विभाग ने खाद की बिक्री करने वाले व्यापारियों और
दुकानदारों को सख्ती से नियमों का पालन करने के लिए कहा है।
खाद बिक्री नियम 2025 :
उत्तर प्रदेश में खाद बिक्री के नियमों को लेकर सरकार सख्त हो गई है। उत्तर प्रदेश कृषि विभाग ने
खाद की बिक्री करने वाले व्यापारियों और दुकानदारों को सख्ती से नियमों का पालन करने के लिए कहा है।
सरकार ने उर्वरक का थोक, खुदरा व्यापार करने हेतु उर्वरक प्रमाण पत्र प्राप्त करना अनिवार्य किया है
जिसकी वैधता प्राधिकार-पत्र जारी होने से 5 वर्ष तक अनुमन्य है। ऐसे में जांच में सामने आया है
कि कई व्यापारी वैधता खत्म होने के बाद जारी पत्र का नवीनीकरण नहीं करा रहे हैं।
अब ऐसे व्यापारियों के खिलाफ सरकार कार्रवाई करने का प्लान बना रही है।
लखनऊ के जिला कृषि अधिकारी तेग बहादुर सिंह ने कहा कि लखनऊ जनपद के समस्त थोक
खुदरा उर्वरक विक्रेताओं को निर्गत उर्वरक प्राधिकार-पत्र का नवीनीकरण आवेदन वैधता तिथि
समाप्ति से एक माह पूर्व कराना सुनिश्चित करें, यदि किसी व्यापारी के द्वारा उर्वरक नवीनीकरण नहीं कराया जाता है
तो वैधता तिथि के बाद लाइसेंस एवं पीओएस मशीन मूलरूप में कार्यालय
में जमा करने की उत्तरदायित्व सम्बन्धित विक्रेता/फर्म का होगा।
फर्म और व्यापारी पर दर्ज कराएगी जाएगी एफआईआर
जिला कृषि अधिकारी ने बताया कि अगर किसी भी स्तर से यह तथ्य प्रकाश में आता है
कि सम्बन्धित फर्म, व्यापारी द्वारा बिना वैध उर्वरक प्राधिकार-पत्र और जारी लाइसेंस समाप्त
होने के बाद रिटेल आईडी से उर्वरक व्यापार किया जाता है, तो उर्वरक (नियंत्रण)
आदेश 1985 एवं आवश्यक वस्तु अधिनियम 1955 के तहत सम्बन्धित के विरुद्ध प्राथमिकी दर्ज करा दी जायेगी।
जिसके लिए फर्म और व्यापारी खुद उत्तरदायी होगें। इस हेतु प्रथक से कोई भी नोटिस निर्गत नहीं की जाएगी।
जांच में किसी तरह की गड़बड़ी मिली तो संबंधित पर कार्रवाई करेंगे।
