Rachel Lillis, the voice actress who appeared in many
Pokémon films and series as characters such as
Misty and Jessie, died on August 10th.
He died at the age of 46.
Lilit was diagnosed with breast cancer in May.
Veronica Taylor, who portrayed the voice of Pokémon
Lilith character Satoshi, released a statement on
X-TV Monday morning announcing Lilith’s death.

He revived the pink singing Pokémon Jigglypuff along
with several other creatures. Lilith provided the voice
of Jigglypuff in all four games of Nintendo’s popular
fighting game series Super Smash Bros. He also
provided the voice of Pokemon Golden in the game.
Lilith appeared as Misty and Jessie in 1999’s Pokémon:
The First Movie and also appeared in 2000’s Pokémon:
The Movie, Mewtwo Returns, and Spell Unknown. “Pokémon 4Ever”
and “Pokémon: The First Movie.” He also appeared in “Pokemon
Heroes” and “Jirachi.” Wishmaker, “Deoxys of Destiny” and “Lucario and Mio’s Code”.
“We all know Rachel Lillis from the many wonderful
roles she has played. She filled our Saturday mornings,
before and after school, with her beautiful voice,
amazing comedic timing and amazing acting skills,”
Taylor wrote. He had infinite grace and mercy to the end.
He had a great sense of humor, was wonderful to talk to,
was incredibly smart and had an excellent memory.
He worked hard and took great care of us.
Since their light no longer shines into this dark space,
I don’t know what fills it. Like the Perseid shooting stars,
Rachel is a wonderful wonder and truly special.
It burned brightly and disappeared very quickly.
It will remain in our memory forever.
In addition to “Pokemon,” Lillis has had roles in “Your Lie in April,”
“Hunter x Hunter,” “Winx Club” and others.
