Mike Wolff, a longtime friend and History Channel co-star, confirmed the antiques enthusiast’s death, writing on Instagram that he was with Fritz “when he came home for the last time.”
“I’ve known Frank for more than half his life and what you saw on TV was always what I saw. A visionary who was just as funny,” Wolff wrote. Outside of the camera, Frank managed to reach many people with his authentic presence.
